As Prospect:
User name and password, surname, email address and your search data.

These details are data without which we will unfortunately not be able to processes your offering or your search.

We have identified for you all fields that require such obligatory data.

Newsletter:
In order to design our newsletter perfectly to meet the interests and desires of our users the clicks on the links in the email newsletter will be registered and saved using pseudonyms. The usage profile collected in this way shall be kept strictly separate from the personal data of the respective subscriber and not associated with such. If you nevertheless do not agree to us registering and using your usage behaviour in this way to improve our services you can prevent this by disagreeing with this recording and using of data.

3. We would like to inform you that Seahorse-International makes use of cookies to the extent described below.

On the one hand, we send so-called ‘persistent cookies’, using which we copy the search data entered by you in the context of our real estate database and save it for our internal evaluations. We would like to use the data collated in this way – of course anonymously – to better co-ordinate our offering to the needs of our clients. On the other, we use so-called ‘session cookies’ using which you will receive an anonymous session-ID for the duration of the visit to our site. As Seller/Landlord: all details that you have given when making the property available and defining the contact person.
As Prospect: all details you provide in the contact form.

In order to be able to offer you a comprehensive service we use your data, moreover, to send you additional information of our own or that from third parties that has a connection to the intended purchase or renting.
